The division continues to grow and expand its capabilities, despite a challenging economy.

As a result of new initiatives within the company, Quest Diagnostics is pleased to announce the following organizational changes at its Lenexa, Kansas, operations, where the ExamOne and Employer Services division is headquartered:

Joe Benage has been appointed Vice President, Insurer & Employer Services. Benage will provide leadership and oversight of the activities of the division, reporting directly to Surya N. Mohapatra, Ph.D., Quest Diagnostics Chairman and CEO. Benage previously served as Vice President, Insurer Services, which provides services that improve the efficiency of insurance underwriting.

The following division leaders will report to Joe.

• Troy Hartman has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Insurer Services, and will have management and financial responsibility for ExamOne.  Troy previously oversaw the operational and sales activities of ExamOne.
• Bob McCormick has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Employer Solutions, where he will have management and financial responsibility for all business activities related to substance abuse testing services for employers.  McCormick previously oversaw the operational activities of the Employer Solutions group. 
• Steve Burton, Vice President, Health and Wellness, is responsible for employer-sponsored wellness activities, including Blueprint for Wellness, that offers screenings, health risk assessments and a full line of additional wellness services that help employers achieve measurable improvement in employee health, productivity and healthcare costs.
