We want to help make the application process easy and simple for applicants. MyExamOne.com is dedicated to educating applicants about the paramedical exam and helping improve the life insurance journey experience. This site provides useful resources for applicants as they prepare for their exam.
Additionally, applicants can register to receive a notification when their laboratory results are ready.* By providing applicants their personal test results, they stay engaged and encouraged to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Reaching life insurance consumers via SMS text messaging
To better reach consumers and improve turnaround times, we deliver text messages at key moments during the life insurance application journey. Consumers can fully interact with our exam scheduling tool, receive appointment reminders and confirmations, and easily access information on how to prepare for the exam through our interactive text message program.
During the paramedical exam process, individuals will receive the following non-marketing automated text messages to facilitate the performances of ExamOne services:
- Standard welcome and help text
- Exam confirmation appointment text
- Appointment reminder text
- Text to access ExamOne’s scheduling system, ScheduleNow™ to self-schedule and manage their exam appointment
- Follow up text with link to access ScheduleNow™ if an appointment hasn’t been scheduled
- Text when their laboratory results are ready (if applicable)
The campaign allows recipients to opt-out of receiving text. When the recipient texts STOP, they will be unsubscribed and will no longer receive text messages to their phone number from ExamOne.
