Resolution Update: Temporary Disruption Due to Power Outage and Verizon Service Outage

The earlier temporary disruption affecting several of our applications has been fully resolved and all our systems, including our call center operations, are back up and running.
Our infrastructure teams successfully implemented the required fix and restored normal functionality across all impacted platforms affected by the power and Verizon outage. Monitoring confirms that systems are now stable and fully operational. We anticipate that all lab testing will be caught up this evening.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this incident may have caused. We recognize the disruption that service interruptions can bring to your operations, and we are deeply appreciative of your patience, understanding, and partnership as we worked through the issue. We will be working with both our internal Quest Diagnostics and external vendor partners to complete a full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to mitigate these issues in the future.
