Life insurance laboratory data available through LabPiQture
We are excited to announce that ExamOne life insurance laboratory data is now available through LabPiQture™. LabPiQture, which provides historical clinical laboratory testing results, now includes life insurance applicant results when the testing is completed at our ExamOne/Quest Diagnostics laboratory.
In the first phase, launched December 12, LabPiQture clients will receive results from a 2-year lookback period of life insurance test results performed in our Lenexa laboratory as well as the cotinine status on their LabPiQture report.
Our next two phases for life insurance laboratory results will be released in early 2022, and will include biometric data such as height, weight and blood pressure, and a lookback of up to 7 years.
*ExamOne requires prior written consent from insurance applicants, which appears in the HIPAA compliant authorization that is part of the insurance application. The authorization must be signed and dated prior to accessing the information.
